uGather invite and free donation promotion.
These Terms and Conditions were last updated in June 2024.

By participating in the uGather Invite and Donation Promotion, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the uGather Invite and Donation Promotion (Promotion") offered by uGather.
- By participating in this Promotion, you ("Participant") agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Promotion details
- The Promotion encourages the Participant to join the waiting list through the ugather.co.uk website prior to the uGather app launch.
- The Promotion encourages the Participant to invite multiple friends to uGather.
- When a Participant invites their friends to uGather and then creates their first event once the uGather app has launched, they are eligible to receive a special golden pin added to their route at a distance specified by uGather.
- Participants can collect up to £1000 in donations for their first event, and a free donation will be applied to the special golden pin for the participant to collect during their first event.
- Eligibility and free donation tiers are listed below.
3. Eligibility
- Join the waiting list on the ugather.co.uk website.
- Be a registered user of uGather.
- Invite friends to uGather through their unique referral link.
- A friend must sign up to uGather.
- Create their first event on uGather.
- The person invited by the participant will also receive a special golden pin offer if they invite others.
- Comply with these Terms and uGather's general terms of service.
4. Free Donation Tiers
- Raise £250: Receive a £2 free donation.
- Raise £500: Receive a £3 free donation.
- Raise £750: Receive a £4 free donation.
- Raise £1000 or more: Receive a maximum £5 free donation.
- If a Participant raises less than £250, they are not eligible for a free donation but will still collect a special golden pin badge.
5. Donation collection and Notification
- The special golden pin donation will be collected during the event.
- The collected donation will be added to the event's total at the end of the event.
- Participants will receive notifications both when the special golden pin donation is collected during the event and at the end of the event to highlight the total amount raised.
6. Termination and Changes
- uGather reserves the right to terminate or modify the Promotion at any time without notice.

8. Entire Agreement
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and uGather regarding the Promotion.
9. Severability
- If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining Terms will still apply.
10. Waiver
- A failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
